Sunnyside Manor is a 24 unit USDA-Rural Development Senior Housing, built in 1985, upgraded in 2003. All units are one bedroom with private patios. There is a beautiful community room with kitchen and a laundry room. All units are available to households with one member 62 and older or disabled, and have incomes between 30%, 50%, and 80% of area median income.
