Service-enriched apartments where residents can stabilize their lives by working with case managers and social service coordinators to achieve long-term housing and stability goals. Residents have access to wraparound support services on-site such as case management, peer support, mental health and substance abuse counseling, HeadStart programming, supportive employment, tenancy skills, as well as access to additional community resources.
